We are looking for a Digital Strategic Partner Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Digital Team Central HUB as soon as possible

What you can expect:

  • General: Create, maintain & nurture strong relationships with our international operating pure players (digital) as well as internal stakeholders to drive growth and increase consumer conversion in line with the company goals.
  • Strategy & processes: Determining account strategy driving a mobile first approach and considering the full picture of all from HUGO BOSS operated business models (drop-ship, fulfillment by partner, connected retail). Working closely together with the Controlling Team to create state of the art performance and operations dashboards and drive data based decision making.
  • Account management: Work closely with the management and buying teams of our partners, build strong relationships and ensure alignment with the company's strategy. Drive quarterly business reviews (travel to partners HQ required) and ensure targets and priorities are completed within set timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional department projects and ensure all key stakeholders (Sales, Digital Marketing, Controlling, Partner.com, HQ Digital) are alignend with the account strategy. Functional management within the Digital team for the responsible accounts, lead overall strategy and handling of the account to ensure overall targets are met. Extended scope for decision-making (strategic / financial).
  • Product focus: Work closely with the Key Account Manager ensuring digital minded assortments and product creation. Ensure sales has the right data to create high-performing fast track capsules that have a focus on diversity, inclusivity and sustainability.
  • Financial planning: Ensure 3 year business plans are up to date, prepare negotiations and optimize and finaliye contracts in cooperation with our legal department. Work closely together with our controlling department and plan account based budgets on BGL level (full account budget responsibility).


Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Strong knowledge and a deep understanding of digital processes and at least 6 years work experience on senior manager level in digital environment (preferred pure player business)
  • being able to read P&L and extracting the content to underline decision making
  • English and German is mandatory
  • Excellent negotiation skills backed up by data & insights
  • Proven strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to build relationships with ease
  • commercially astute an communictiong with impact on all levels
  • experience with managing, structuring and optimizing customer relations (B2B)
  • enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated
  • excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint).
