We are looking for a Planning Manager (m/f/d) to support the planning team in strengthening the EMEA Business.

What you can expect:

  • Manage a variety of merchandise planning tasks for the BOSS Menswear business unit
  • Plan KPIs such as net sales & optimal budget spend, mark-downs, profitability, kind of product shares, option plans and unit forecasts in all relevant planning steps with a focus on business targets
  • KPI driven decision-making, ensuring profitable, efficient and sustainable growth: Maximize potential net sales growth with improved margin opportunities at SPG level, while minimizing inventory risks both at pre-order stage and in-season to support weekly trading
  • Support Inventory Planning team on inventory planning for respective brand responsibility, steering of seasonal assortments, ensuring optimal stock efficiency and maximising achieved sell-thru
  • Define and manage BU reporting package and provide merchandise performance analysis, including a focus on analysing trading performance and supporting/actioning trading decisions
  • Proactively identify business potentials on all product types and take actions to drive top line growth of the BOSS Menswear business
  • Provide onboardings to new team members and support the BOSS Menswear Merchandise Planning team with ongoing development of junior team members
  • Direct Report into BOSS Menswear Head of Planning, working at all times with an agile approach to problem solving and transparent decision taking


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Fashion/Textile Management or comparable
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in Retail Merchandising or Planning
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong communication skills and experience in international networking
  • Efficient time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to think and react in a fast-paced business
  • Solution and action focused
  • Team-orientated attitude
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Proficient level user with MS Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint and SAP (AFS/ Retail)
