Within the Global Retail Services department, the Global Retail Systems & Operations team is responsible for developing strategies, concepts and tools to standardize and optimize in-store processes for all of our Point of Sales (POS) across the globe. We are searching for a motivated and proactive Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Global Retail Systems & Operations team for a 2 years period (fixed-term), starting 1st September 2022.

What you can expect:

  • You will work in an independent, target-oriented and agile way on a number of interesting tasks, supporting an international project, aimed at HUGO BOSS retail
  • You will be in close cooperation with internal Project Managers, Retail Markets, as well as various Retail Management Teams worldwide
  • Your core focus will be assisting the team in project management and project implementation of the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology for our Retail Markets
  • Furthermore, you will support the RFID project implementation by training our Retail Markets on the new technology & setting up training material based on a training concept provided
  • Moreover, you will manage the RFID support requests by using an internal ticket tool as a key counterpart to the Retail Markets on a daily basis
  • Additionally, based on your tasks, you will gain insight into different key retail stakeholder departments, like Global Retail Communications, Training & Development or IT
  • Acting in this diverse environment will give you the opportunity to build up an interesting network. Besides that, you will be able to stretch your knowledge and skills into new directions, whilst supporting a highly strategic topic for HUGO BOSS retail

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed Vocational Training or Studies related to Business Administration
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written)
  • Strong organizational skills & structured work approach with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, also in a remote way
  • Cultural knowledge & awareness
  • Ability to be flexible & adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Experience in using remote collaboration tools, like MS Teams, would be a plus
  • Further knowledge of a second language would be an advantage
