We are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead Onsite Marketing (m/f/d) to join our Global Commerce Platform Management (m/f/d) department who is passionate about driving all core onsite marketing campaigns and key commercial activities within the Brand CI and Corporate Strategic framework.

What you can expect:

  • Within the Global eCommerce Department, leading the overall operational, tactical and strategical responsibility of all Onsite Marketing activities on the HUGO BOSS eCommerce websites
  • Driving within the Brand CI and Corporate Strategic framework all core onsite marketing campaigns and key commercial activities to ensure the delivery of the eCommerce Revenue goals and best in class customer experience though the leveraging of the onsite KPI's (CTR, CR....)
  • Establishing a data driven mindset throughout the operational and tactical decision process as well as driving and testing innovative customer facing digital content concepts and operational processes
  • Identify and propose opportunities to further grow the website KPI's and Global eCommerce performance based on the user behaviour analyses and historical data - translate the insights into onsite campaigns & measures
  • Overseeing the prioritisation, activation and optimisation of the global and localized onsite marketing activities throughout the online customer journey
  • Manage the collective and individual development of the Team and provide them guidance, instruction, and direction in their daily tasks
  • Build strong relationships and work closely together with various central interfaces such as Onsite Merchandising , Performance Marketing, Onsite Personalization, Web Analytics , CRM teams and Global Retail Services
  • Partner closely with IT Teams to ensure the right prioritization of CMS (Content Management System) features and functionalities roadmap
  • Initiate and maintain resilient partnerships with external entities


Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Digital Marketing. MBA is an advantage
  • 7 to 10 years more years of professional experience in the field of fashion, jewellery, cosmetic or retail eCommerce, digital content marketing, on-site merchandising or comparable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creating and leading cross-functional international teams in a role of Team Lead or Senior Manager comparable
  • Knowledge of strategies and tactical approaches of the digital content & onsite campaign activation within a global environment
  • Data driven decision and analytical mindset
  • Outstanding communication skills with various stakeholders, incl. C-level
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work in partnership with counterparts in key functions
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and lead people to achieve a common goal
  • You are a life-time learner, have innovative mindset and not afraid to try new things
  • You have a vast network, internally and externally, that helps you to stay always up-to-date on the most recent trends and in eCommerce
  • You are both assertive and pragmatic in interpersonal relationships
  • Fluent in English, German is an advantage
  • Deep knowledge of CMS a key user is a plus
