HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Foot & Leather Accessories supported by a Business Services Unit.

To strengthen our Production Management Team in Bodywear & Hosiery, we are looking for a motivated team member starting August/September to support the team in packaging developments for a period of 6 Months.

What you can expect:

  • Support packaging, trimmings and label developments in close collaboration with internal and external interfaces;
  • Layout updates for existing packaging & trimmings following HUGO BOSS Corporate Guidelines;
  • Preparation of technical briefing for packaging/trimming suppliers (print techniques, sizes definition, colorways, cardboard specifications, box constructions);
  • Support approval processes to meet HUGO BOSS standards and technical requirements;
  • Research of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions;
  • Support the team in maintenance of all related quality documentations and guidelines;
  • PLM/BOM and relevant files update for all technical trimmings;
  • Close collaboration with Brand Management team and Sustainability team for packaging design briefing and sustainability topics;
  • Actively contribution to day-to-day operational business in close exchange with internal and external stakeholders.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or Fashion design student/ graduate or a comparable degree with the focus on packaging technology and development;
  • Strong graphic and design skills, advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and competencies in 3D;
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and Excel, SAP and PLM will be a plus;
  • Team player, open minded, self-motivated with ability to perform under positive pressure;
  • Good organizational & follow-up skills through verbal & written communication;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams handling multiple tasks;
  • Good English skills, German and Italian would be a plus
