We are looking for a Team Leader Global Sales Office (m/f/d) to strengthen our Global Sales Development Office Department based in Metzingen Germany.
What you can expect:
- Responsability and shaping of subsidiary support for our Sales Organizations in NCSA and APAC
- Lead and empower the sales teams to achieve their targets and growrevenue
- Holistic management and further development of sales related processes, operations and projects
- Assist in the subsidiary set-up, process management and sales enablement through trainings
- Manage customer database, review of regional performance and prepare market analyses
- Further development of technology use and data administration through interconnecting the sales teams with relevant interface functions
- Solution-oriented leadership and team management, including setting and tracking targets, prioritizing, completion of projects on time, providing feedback, guidance, individual development plans and trainings
Your profile:
- Successfully completed study degree in economics, business administration or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Profound SAP know-how
- Process understanding for sales and export management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for new challenges
- Strong communication skills including excellent written and spoken in English
- Strong analytical & numerical, conceptual and problem solving skills
- Intercultural competence and understanding
