The Logistics Analyst gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Daily assesses company and client needs, receives robust information, and analyzes it, looking for trends or areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for interfacing and collaborating with internal and external business partners with a focus on delivering superior results.

S/he will developmetrics and reporting with the goal of improving the end to end flow of product through our distribution center with an emphasis on customer service levels and efficiency.

What you can expect:

• Monthly Reporting, ACE Reports, Duty analysis, and daily forecasting
• BIS Reports: Weekly Delivery Overview, Material Dispositions, Order Rejections,
• Communication with internal and external interfaces
• Maintain and develop data for reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Capture data enabling moderately complex analysis of delivery bottlenecks, problems. Make recommendations for review by management
• Supporting additional projects and initiatives as identified by the business

Your profile:

• High School Degree or equivalent required. Completion of any industry-related courses is preferred
• 1+ year(s) working experience at HUGO BOSS or in another distribution center environment
• Previous experience in related field (i.e. hiring department) is preferred
• For those positions with direct reports, previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
• Willingness to take on new challenges and expand beyond current role
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in a diverse environment; able to effectively communicate with multiple levels of the organization
• Must be comfortable working with individuals of various languages and cultures
• Flexible; able to prioritize multiple initiatives with a strict focus on deadlines; strong sense of urgency
• Fantastic team player, able to partner with associates throughout the organization
• Strong knowledge of the Savannah DC WMS (EWM), W&H Material Handling System, SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Federal background check and finger printing required. FTZ and Customs related training and continuing education.
