Tiffany & Co is looking for a proactive, passionate Global SEO Manager to join the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong SEO background with aspirations to broaden their expertise and apply search learnings to channels and touchpoint beyond just SEO. He/She/They must have demonstratable experience identifying areas of opportunity to drive organic search performance along with reporting, analysis, development and execution of SEO best practices and high-impact growth strategies.
In this role, the SEO manager will:
(1) Serve as the go-to SEO expert and program lead: lead SEO program and search projects across a multifunctional global organization; build consensus and showcase a passion towards the business opportunities that SEO presents; possess a strong understanding of technical, content, and off-site SEO; serve as subject-matter expert
(2) Drive the Global SEO Strategy & channel growth: plan, manage, and execute a global SEO roadmap; identify opportunities to drive organic search growth, improve the quality of organic traffic to maximize website performance, and drive new customers online and to our stores
(3) Provide Reporting, Measure Impact and Share Search Insights: monitor, analyze and report on search data; measure impact of search initiatives; identify trends and share insights with cross-functional teams to help inform broader organizational initiatives
(4) Develop & inform impactful, search driven, content: Develop SEO content strategy & inform/advise on broader marketing content; Ideating content to drive search performance, support marketing initiatives and achieve broader business objectives; help cross-functional teams connect campaigns, storytelling, and initiatives to the search terms and trends
(5) Foster Collaboration & Innovation: help support broader marketing initiatives and build an integrated marketing ecosystem; explore ways to develop and grow the Global Search Marketing program; s tay up-to-date with trends and advancements in technology, SEO, UI/UX, Google algorithm updates, etc

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, manage, and execute a global SEO strategy inclusive of a robust SEO roadmap.
- Ensure compliance and oversee the execution of SEO best practices including keyword research, channel and campaign reporting, content optimization & creation, technical deep dives, backlink assessments, site architecture improvements, etc…
- Coordinate with multiple teams across varying functions ( marketing, PR eComm/ Omni, IT, creative, merchandising, regional search leads & analytics) to execute optimizations for SEO growth.
- Oversee Digital SEO Agency & IT teams in conducting SEO audits of website
- Evangelize SEO insights and best practices across the organization staying ahead of trends, strategies & tactics.
- Identify technology opportunities to improve capabilities and ensure the business stays abreast of advancements in the SEO and content marketing space.
- Work with regional paid search leads to test tactics and identify holistic opportunities
- Provide on-going recommendations for new content on site. Optimize existing site content and provide URL, meta-data and copy recommendations to content ops teams as needed.
- Partner with marketing, regional search eComm/leads & site content team(s) to create integrated marketing content.
- Share search insights and recommendations to help cross-functional teams connect campaigns, storytelling, and initiatives to the search terms prospective clients use most to serve search marketing channels
- Lead technical implementation of SEO initiatives to drive optimizations conducting audits as needed and diagnosing potential performance issues to maintain best practices
- Develop and manage technical SEO projects partnering with IT and eComm teams to ensure site's infrastructure, architecture, and site features support and enhance the effectiveness of our SEO.
- Provide ongoing updates inclusive of reporting, analysis, status of key SEO initiatives and recommended action plan to optimize content, user experience and keyword rankings.
- Identify trends and socialize results. Use insights to inform future programs, content, campaigns enhancements & refinements
- Provide search data and insights to campaign trackers; asses impact of brand initiatives, product penetration and marketing campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-7+ years of experience in an SEO role working with global retailer(s) or eCommerce businesses with demonstrated results growing SEO channel performance
- Experience with keyword research, content optimization, ranking/traffic reporting and link building tools
- Knowledgeable with Google webmaster tools, Google search console, sitemaps, robots.txt, competitive SEO tools (Brightedge, Conductor, Screaming Frog, ahrefs, SEMRush, etc).
- Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
- Skilled knowledge of technical SEO, issues that affect search ranking factors and critical updates
- Ability to understand and develop content strategy for SEO purposes as well as larger brand initiatives
- Excellent drive and strong problem solving and communication skills
- Strong technical focus and strong understanding of the business
- Site audit experience
- Experience working with and optimizing SEO within CMS environments
- Must be comfortable presenting/explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and comfort/ expertise with powerpoint
- Skilled project management and team leadership experience
- Autonomous and motivated self-starter with a "get-it-done" results-driven mentality
- Highly collaborative
- Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams including Creative, IT, ecommerce, vendors/consultants and multiple global counterparts to develop, launch and scale new initiatives
- Skilled at and enjoys manipulating and understanding data and extract recommendations/propose enhancements
- Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive growth
- Strong written and oral communication skills
