Boutique Manager in Luxury Resort

The Luxury Edition is looking for an experienced Boutique Manager with fashion retail background to join our ever-growing team in the Maldives.

You will be joining luxury multi-brand retail based in one of the best and most beautiful resorts in the Maldives. You must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and customer manner. You must be results driven, adhere to monthly targets, strive for the highest quality standards, be kind, passionate and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Opening/ Closing procedures of store (i.e. open and close registers for business)

• Monthly reports, POS procedures

• Provide ongoing training and coaching for your team

• Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service

• Show we are obsessed with style by maintaing a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in the boutique

• Maintain accurate inventory

• Receive new shipments and stock distribution

• Develop a high leve lof product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends

• Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it

• Achieving the very best

Requirements and Personal Skills:

• You will have a sales driven attitude
• Fluent in English (Russian, Arabic and/ or other languages is a plus, but not required)
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• You enjoy and know our brands and products
• You are stylish, friendly and welcoming

Location: Maldives
Contract Period: Min. 2 years, start ideally from October 2022
