Rosie Assoulin is a luxury womenswear brand, based in NYC. Known for unique and innovative silhouettes, patterns & prints, the eponymous label made its debut for Resort 2014. With Rosie’s background in jewelry, floral, and event design, she has become known for creating special, emotional moments.

Available Position

E-commerce & Client Experience Coordinator

The Role 

This role will be based in NYC with the ability to work remotely. Reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce, the person in this position will have a pivotal role in shaping the future of our DTC business and client experience. You will be at the center of all DTC activities, including digital operations, in-person events, and private client service.

Primary responsibilities include: 

  • Daily site operations of Rosieassoulin.com, including processing orders, returns, new product uploads, content management, site merchandising & driving sales to meet targets
  • Designing & implementing new, exciting initiatives to increase brand loyalty and customer experience 
  • Managing all DTC marketing channels including social, email, & offline and being responsible for driving ROI of each channel 
  • Assisting with content & photo production 
  • Working across internal teams and external partners to coordinate site activations & collaborations 
  • Managing all DTC partnerships (i.e. marketplaces etc.) 
  • Managing all private client service including VIP orders/requests/appointments, customer appreciation/loyalty initiatives, and serving as the primary point of contact for all customer service channels ensuring luxury level customer experience at all client touch points

We are looking for you who are exceptionally organized, driven, resourceful and effective. Our ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of getting things done. You are perfect for this position if you possess: 

  • Previous experience in luxury, private client service 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ideally with a warm and inviting personality, as a large part of the role will involve interacting directly with clients 
  • Working knowledge of Shopify & other industry standard CMS & ERP tools 
  • Working knowledge of email & digital marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk, Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest etc. 
  • Analytical skills with the ability to uncover key, meaningful findings from raw data and then propose immediate, actionable recommendations 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • The ability to work independently, take initiative and ownership without being prompted
  • The ability to think & problem solve on your feet 
  • A passion for creating special moments & memorable client experiences

Rosie Assoulin grew up in Brooklyn and always knew that fashion was her one true love. She dedicated her time to honing her skills, initially under the tutelage of her mentor and future mother in law, the veteran jewelry designer, Roxanne Assoulin, at Lee Angel. After a brief stint at the Fashion Institute of Technology, she found herself at Oscar de la Renta in New York City, watching the always elegant Mr. de la Renta drape, cut and pin his legendary designs.

Later, Rosie sought out a life altering opportunity to spend time with the design studio Lanvin in Paris, where she bore witness to Alber Elbaz’s pure, unbridled creativity and unmatched design talent. Along with a few years in event and floral design, she found that every moment is an opportunity to cultivate her perspective. In late 2012, Rosie decisively turned back towards her first love, fashion, and her eponymous collection made its debut for Resort 2014. The Rosie Assoulin design aesthetic toes the line between the romantically fantastical and the reliably practical.
