What will you do?
- You support our global office users with all their hard- and software issues
- Responding to user issues and incidents via the ticketing system, phone calls and chat
- You will be providing users their (new) equipment, utilizing JAMF for a user friendly, zero-touch deployment
- You will manage and continuously maintain the Mac, Windows and iPhone images including installed applications, tools and agents. Primarily using JAMF
- Assist in hardware and software inventory management
Skills to be successful:
- At least 2-3 years experienced as an IT support engineer/analyst
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of Mac OS X and Microsoft Operating Systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Active Directory/LDAP users and groups
- Experience with JAMF and Apple Device management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent knowledge of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written
- Passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer service
