You are a clever, creative marketer with a knack for developing bold campaigns that bring the product and brand to life in unique and creative ways. You are equal parts strategist, storyteller, and creative problem solver energized to develop breakthrough communication strategies that will attract and engage a new and existing customer through differentiated narratives, consistency of message, and strategic amplification.
You are highly collaborative and solution-oriented, synthesizing insights from diverse cross-functional teams to package and deliver Integrated Marketing campaigns that are globally scalable and on-brand. You are a critical thinker, and collaborator and, your orchestration skills match your proven ability to think outside the box. You are at your best when transforming product insights into brilliantly packaged marketing messages, or when inspiring cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions to unique business and brand challenges.

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be developing a campaign brief for an external agency or leading an internal team brainstorm to develop a product narrative/ campaign ideation session in response to your own brief. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of women and men who share your passion for excellence. Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Development:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize key inputs necessary to develop a campaign strategy
    • Product : Partner closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to align on key business strategies, product priorities, and positioning objectives
    • Customer : Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to determine customer lens and identify relevant insights
    • Marketplace : Bring in market trends and opportunities, competitive insights, and customer mindset hypotheses to shape campaign strategies
  • Establish campaign objectives, key marketing strategies, Narrative Arc, and audience/channel choices
    • Author integrated marketing strategy for each campaign, driving the creation of end-to-end campaign plans across marketing channels (Digital, Social, Site, Visual, PR, Email, Retail, etc.)
    • Develop all marketing and creative briefs for cross-functional partners and agencies where relevant
    • Generate innovative campaign channel activation ideas to drive objectives
    • Create an overarching narrative and position for the product/collections mapping back to key insights

Briefing + Cross Functional Coordination:
  • Drive coordination and implementation with cross-functional teams to ensure tight development of tactical plans back to overall campaign objectives by channel and region
  • Provide thought leadership/lead brainstorms and working sessions to inspire channel and regional partners to innovate and test new tactics and programs
  • Ingest + synthesize channel plans from cross-functional teams to ensure the final campaign rollout hangs together and delivers on overarching objectives
  • Provide team with strategic leadership on smaller scale marketing programs

Campaign Execution Orchestration + Hinsdsighting:
  • Drive all cross-team communication on final plans during campaign launch and execution phase
  • Synthesize real-time campaign + channel results against product performance and generate hypotheses for executives and partners
  • Lead pivot recommendations at different stages post-execution, secure approvals on pivot strategies, and communicate broadly
  • Establish and lead a formal campaign hindsight process and work to establish clear benchmarks for campaign KPIs

To Land This Role:
  • BA/BS or relevant experience;
  • 10+ Years of experience in Marketing/Agency; Fashion/Luxury/Merchandising experience a plus
  • Experienced brief writer and ideas presenter
  • Experience with localization and working with global teams
  • A passion for storytelling, product positioning development, and experience in creating global campaigns and customer experiences
  • Creative problem solver able to develop innovative solutions that challenge the status quo
  • An obsessive interest in the customer's mindset, interests, and values
  • A collaborator with an ability to build and nurture strong cross-functional relationships
  • A deep understanding of the creative process and an ability to collaborate with creative partners
  • A strategic orientation with a strong ability to set objectives, analyze tactics and calculate ROI
  • A demonstrated ability to develop, coach, create focus and clarity in your team, and communicate on an ongoing basis to provide context
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and an ability to influence stakeholders
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to thrive amidst ambiguity
