The Tommy Hilfiger global & PVH EMEA visual merchandising, display & windows department is a creative hub within omni-channel organization. This department oversees the creative strategy, development, and execution of product presentation across TommyHilfigerglobal, Calvin Klein EMEA, and heritage brand and all points of sale. This includes full price retail stores, franchise locations, wholesale shop-in-shops, concession, and outlet channels. The Tommy Hilfiger global team sets global direction and works collaboratively with two other regional hubs in: New York and Hong Kong. To extend this outreach the team is set-up to also support the needs of local markets across Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific. This team works in parallel with the global marketing team on a 360 concept and consumer messaging approach. The Calvin Klein regional team collaborates with the New York global headquarters on adapted direction to support the EMEA business needs. This includes visual merchandising, campaign roll out, and display strategies across the region. This team works in collaboration withnumerousfunctions across the omni-channel business as well as local markets. The team environment is collaborative, dynamic, innovative, resourceful,openand respectful.

The Position

TheGraphic Designer, VM & Display CK EMEAwill report into theDirector, VM &Display CK EMEA and will work alongsideVM and Display team to deliver the seasonal graphic identity for all seasonal guidelines, templates, and special projects in line with the global brand principles.This role is a pivoting support role across the team to align graphic design layout for all internal documents and ensure adherence to the global brand/marketing standards. In this creative role, you will be key in balancing inspirational creative layout that is impactful but at the same time delivering efficient ways of working for our markets.The graphic designer role will support and focus on all channels including Retail, Outlets, and SIS guidelines.


  • Development and creation ofinspirational and comprehensive digital guideline layouts, templates, and toolkits ensuring consistency and alignment to global brand DNA and requirements.
  • Support the VM & Display team accordingly in standardizing layouts and visual appearance of all digital and printed documents issued on a seasonal basis.
  • Proof reading for accuracy and qualitative standards
  • Development of layouts andart workincluding materials for print managing more than one design project and multiple seasons at once.
  • Create visual content for seasonal guidelines, non-seasonal toolkits, and special projects including graphic elements and photo material necessary for store environments.

  • Support the creation of consumer facingPOSand Consumer Messaging for in-store and windows including brand and operational material. Ensure alignment and sign off from EMEA/global marketing.
  • SupportDisplay andEMEA concept team with special projectsincluding non-seasonal guidelines, catalogs for fixtures and display stools, renderings for store layouts
  • Support with creation of 3D windowrenders, display & window guidelines including installation manuals
  • Developmentof artworks and assets taken from the global directive


  • Responsible formaintainingthe store data base, with correct technical drawings, latest photos,renders, site-surveys,competitors'analysis, new materialresearches
  • Work in strong partnership with the VM and Display Team, Store Development, Store Design, and EMEA Marketing
  • Support the management with maintenance of seasonal calendar template

  • Drive the Sell-in tool creation for the Calvin Klein Jeans and Calvin Klein Underwear business

  • Support the managementin the process of collaborativelydesigning flagships window and instore visualization, together with the global team

  • Driving the digitalization of processes and implementation andoptimizingsite related master data

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3-4year's experienceasGraphic Designer preferably in fashion retail, art, or marketing environments
  • University and/or role related degree in Design, Retail Business Administration or Marketing
  • Experience in supplier communication and clear briefing
  • Experience in visual communication and creation of appealing documents

  • Excellent creative and design skills, command of English language (written & spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs(In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of3D orCAD programs (ex. 3D Max, Maya, Rhino, Sketch-up,Vray,
  • Ability toconceptualizeideas and bring them torealization
  • Ability to manage and multi-task between projects and work streams
  • Ability to be self-reliant and comfortable with decision-making
  • Ability to combine creative thinking with strategic execution
