The head office for the DACH and EEC markets which include 13 countries with more than 2600 employees is located in Duesseldorf and home to around 500 employees.

We`re searching for a Manager Digital Transformation (m/f/x) to join our headquarters in Düsseldorf's Media Harbour whose mission will be to support the company's advancing digital strategy to stay ahead of the race and continue to be a pioneer in digital selling. Innovation and agility are not just buzzwords in our unique transformation process, but are passionately lived by us every day. The Digital Transformation team sits within the Digital Business department, responsible for digital solutions as foundation of our business. We are looking for ambitious individuals passionate about transforming the fast moving and growing fashion tech industry to drive best-in-class digital-first experiences and to effectively guide users towards their desired outcomes.

A day in the life of a Manager Digital Transformation (m/f/x):
  • You will lead the next steps with a focus on design thinking approaches and digital transformation
  • You will pave the way and remove the blockers for successful digital product operations & user journeys
  • You will be the central contact for all inquiries regarding the use and orchestration of our digital (selling) solutions
  • You will explore, develop and lead Digital Business transformation projects
  • You will focus on the digital selling market launch management and plan the go-to-market approach of digital solutions
  • You will create best practices and focus on process optimizations
  • You will stay curious for fresh ideas and are interested in experimenting with new technologies and concepts to drive digital development

What do we need from you? You have:
  • A University degree in Business Economics/Innovation or a comparable qualification
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience and a track record in Innovation and/or Digital Transformation
  • A hands-on leadership style and you are someone who enjoys getting into (operational) details while also being able to think and act strategically
  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities while adhering to time-sensitive deadlines
  • Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic work environment
  • Experience leading high-performing Digital teams in an international environment
  • Design thinking skills as an advantage
  • A team player mentality to share successes and celebrate together
  • Fluency in the English and German language
