Position Overview
As a Ralph Lauren Brand Manager, you will provide the very best in aspirational in-store presentation, merchandising and selling skills training to drive sales growth and profitability for all Ralph Lauren brands within a designated territory.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Coaching/training:
* Drive sales performance through disciplined business management of all Ralph Lauren Brands
* Partner with account teams to with any staffing needs, including interviewing and selection of team members.
* Conduct selling seminars to create an educated selling culture with the goal of improving regular price selling while providing exceptional customer service.
* Execution of staffing excellence-utilize account metrics including SPH, IPT and avg sale.
* In-store presentation:
* Execute well-balanced presentations consistence with Ralph Lauren strategies and directives.
* Present compelling rigs, always.
* Ensure best in class maintenance standards, timely receipts flow and price changes.
* Build and maintain strong account partnerships. Collaborate continually.
* Review of business with store management teams to continually look for opportunities.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Qualifications:
* Minimum three years retail sales/management experience
* Motivated self-starter with a professional attitude
* Strong merchandising skills.
* Creative thinker and business driver.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and photographic skills.
