Your Opportunity

As Europe CRM Manager you will coordinate the development of a consumer-centric contact strategy within Europe Retail business, applies consumer insights and analytics to shape the consumer engagement initiatives, supporting retail function throughout the entire consumer experience.

How will you contribute
  • Drive CRM Campaigns and action plans within the Europe Retail business ;
  • Design and implement full personalized consumer journeys;
  • Cascade and deliver CRM initiatives across the Europe Market in order to encourage consumer retention and consumer loyalty;
  • Monitor CRM Tools (consumer portfolio analysis and segmentation) to ensure that is managed effectively for targeted marketing activities;
  • Manage the direct marketing tools targeting and control model to ensure the best ROI;

Who you are

A dynamic and communicative professional driven by curiosity, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with strong familiarity with digital communication tools and good knowledge of English.
