In Global Retail Services, the Customer Experience team is responsible for developing strategies, concepts and tools that enable our offline and online sales channels along the customer journey to deliver a world-class customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern (m/f/d) to support our Customer Experience Team for a period of 6 months starting as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

  • You will work independently, goal-oriented, and agile with a strong focus on developing concepts for the customer experience in-store
  • Your focus is supporting the further development in the concept "Dedicated to Your Journey" which are guiding principles for our store employees to enable them to offer their customers an unforgettable in-store experience
  • Your tasks include supporting the development and implementation of the concept with creative ideas and thinking out of the box
  • Other tasks may include organization of virtual Global Retail Events, preparation and evaluation of surveys and organization and co-moderation of workshops
  • While working on these tasks, you will gain insights into various departments such as. CRM, Global Retail Training & Development as well as Marketing (Global and in the Markets)
  • By working in this diverse and highly communicative environment, you have the opportunity to build up an interesting network. In addition, you can expand your knowledge and skills in new directions and at the same time work on highly strategic topics for HUGO BOSS Retail

Your profile:

  • Study of (international) business administration or economics, business administration/management, textile/trade management or comparable training
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) any other language is a plus
  • Practical experience in retail or in-store sales experience, ideally with a premium brand is desired
  • A passion for fashion and lifestyle and strong interest in investigating more on the topic on Customer Experience
  • Experience in project teams or other administrative/coordinative activities is a plus
  • Out-of the box thinking and strong people and intercultural skills and the ability to connect
  • Ability to work independently and organized and desire to bring in own creative ideas that will benefit "Dedicated to Your Journey"
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Experience in dealing with collaboration platforms (such as MS Teams or Skype) is an advantage
