Job Details

The Lease Analyst will assist in the maintenance of Tiffany and Company's Global Lease Portfolio, consisting of retail, office, manufacturing, and warehouse. This person would be encouraged to participate in the monthly North America rent payment process, global lease abstraction, critical date management, and other functions as described below. Key Accountabilities:

North America Rent Processing
  • Upon Receiving monthly invoices, review, calculate and enter applicable charges into lease database for NA locations.
  • On a monthly basis, prepare and review all monthly rent reports, provide variance explanation, and present to management for approval. Work with Accounts Payable department to ensure all rent payments were processed and the batch totals tie out.
  • Conduct Desktop Lease Audits, to ensure lease compliance, and accurate landlord calculations.
  • Work with landlords to acquire all necessary back-up.
  • Perform tenant ledger reconciliations, to unravel misapplication of cash and other issues.


Global Lease Abstracting and Data Sourcing
  • Assist in the abstraction and review of all new lease documents using Lucernex (RE software)
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, i.e., NA Real Estate manager, Accounting, Legal, Facilities, Construction as well as, the International Regional offices to aid in the abstracting and tracking of all lease dates and lease documents.


Administrative Functions
  • Scan, OCR, upload and track all lease documents, to maintain 2 complete sets of lease inventory
  • Scan all invoices and e-file on network drive
  • Open mail and monitor Lease administration mailbox.
  • Maintain Lease tracker spreadsheet


General - Global Lease Services
  • Review Business terms for Estopels/SNDA's
  • Monitor and prepare Critical Date management reports
  • Understanding of Percentage Rent
  • Participate in the CAM budget preparation
  • Participate in Sustainability efforts
  • Become proficient in Lucernex and be able to run reports as needed.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years' experience in lease administration or lease accounting


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Real Estate software, Lucernex a Plus
