High level experience with fashion and beauty. No learning curve needed and can take on responsibilities to complete deadlines. Multitasker, team player, artistic eye and clear understanding of the brand image and purpose of each project. We want the talent who love this work!

Fashion is a fast-paced deadline-oriented world, and we need someone who thrives on this, and has great time management skills, and can re prioritize as needed. This person must be hands on and work directly with the designer, and the team, and at the same time be able to oversee the schedule presented each week and sometimes each day.

This position will execute high quality creative content across Norma Kamali and Normalife brands. Range of assets that include social media assets (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), digital ads, email marketing designs, mockups, sales presentations, packaging designs etc. This candidate must have experience in working with different design platforms, such as digital and print.

• Support all teams in achieving company-wide creative goals across various media outlets
• Ability to identify and work within the brand aesthetics
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Extreme attention to detail
• Create compelling and effective digital and print deliverables including, but not limited to marketing collateral, digital ads, packaging
• Image retouching and color correcting as needed
• Sizing the images according to a template
• Organizing/managing digital folders and images
• Past Fashion and Beauty experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in related field
• 7+ years of graphic design experience is a must
• Strong portfolio showcasing examples of previous work
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptionally skilled at visual storytelling, typography, layout, color and form
• Highly experienced in Photoshop, Light Room, Illustrator, In-Design and Bridge
• After Effects, Premier Pro, Sketch is a plus
• Proactive, self-starter, sense of urgency, ability to work in fast-paced environment, flexible to shifting priorities
• Image retouching knowledge in Photoshop
• Well organized, detail oriented
• Able to multi-task and work cross functionally across teams
• Great communication skills
• Full-time on-site commitment
