The Team

The Tommy Hilfiger Partner Program team is part of the PVH Ecommerce Europe department, responsible for our Tommy and CK own & operated platforms, as well as our Partner Program business. The team executes all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The Partner Program plays an instrumental role in our PVH eCom growth plans, as the fastest growing business model.

The immediate team consists of 3 current team members and is part of a core Partner Program team across different teams and functions of around 15. The team is expected to grow both in size and ownership/responsibilities in the coming years. The whole eCom department is 150+ people strong and will continue to also expand significantly. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in.

As the Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansionfor both own-and-operated Ecom,as well as our Partner Program business.

The Position

As a Manager Trade - Marketplaces you will be instrumental in enabling the Partner Program to achieve our ambitious Top and Bottom Line goals, while ensuring Brand representation is meeting our strategic objectives.

This position reports directly in to the team lead, Senior Manager Partner Program. It is a cross account role with focus on achieving financial targets while overseeing seasonal plans. This role will be responsible for co-shaping the overall trade strategy for our Partner business, and ensure Trade managers are equipped with the right tools and actionable insights to steer the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive day to day actions, being the POC for all Partner Program financial and main KPI monitoring related inquiries and actions.
  • Being accountable for ourPartner Program accounts, owning Top andBottom lineambitions across Partners.
  • Responsible for enabling our PP seasonal calendar and assortmentstrategy together with the account Trade managers ensuring on time and in full campaign launches with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and own overall KPI's and co-create with account trade managersthat allow for a smoothsteering of the overall PP business, in-line with contractual obligations and business goals
  • Drive commercial potential of new accounts and ensure Joint Business Plans are agreed with clear growth opportunities for Brand and Partner.
  • Use data insights for ad-hoc analysis needs to steer the Partner Program trading
  • Support in process creation and insights generation that willallowto automate and scale our internal processes
  • Bea Partner Program advocate champion, ensuring that the business benefits that PP brings to the businessare fully captured and shared with internal stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Relevant experience in a Partner Program role is a must
  • Deep understanding of how top and bottom line actions relate in trading and actively being able to steer to desired outcome
  • Experience in complex stakeholder management, with displayed ability in ownership
  • Experience with advanced trading solutions cross account, based on margin expansion
  • Have an understanding of Third Party reseller competitive landscape
