The Team

Our mission for 2022 is to onboard the SAAS tooling our user community wants to use. As a Tech Product owner, you will be part Collaboration and Communication tooling (CCT) team. It is a new team, you will work together with other teams in our Integration & Operation (I&O) domain; our PVH counter parts in the United States and of course our business stakeholders.

The position

You will be responsible to shape the roadmap for CCT in collaboration with the key stakeholders, and will be responsible for the onboarding of SAAS products, lead migrations/upgrades, lead license discussions, set up user communities, and be the driver for the culture change of empowering the user community to help themselves instead of depending on support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the vision and strategy for the future of collaboration and communication tooling for PVH EU.
  • Lead identification of business requirements for onboarding of new tooling
  • Lead migrations & upgrades
  • Lead license conversations
  • Investigate new CCT solutions & inform our stakeholders
  • Communicate with PVH stakeholders on regular basis about our priorities
  • Communicate with Vendors and Partners on regular basis, about expectations and needs of PVH towards them

The ideal candidate

We are looking for a Collaboration Tooling Tech product owner with:
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership / Scrum Master / Technical Product Ownership.
  • Driving adoption of best-practices of collaborative work delivery (e.g. Agile, Lean)
  • Experience with clear goal setting and data-driven validation (product and/or process).
  • Background in SAAS solutions
  • Technically hands-on, can help diagnose issues
  • Good understanding of high-level software architecture
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain advanced technical products to non-technical members of the organization
  • Statistical/qualitative/quantitative analysis, presentations (verbal and written)
  • Good sparring partner for Business and Technical Directors
  • Working experience in collaboration with Vendors and Partners
