Overview: The Analyst will primarily be responsible for transactional analysis, commission calculations, and data entry within the commission compensation system. This person will be the main point of contact for retail stores regarding day-to-day commission questions and corrections. In addition, the Analyst will work closely with his/ her manager and other functional groups such as Merchandising, Finance, IT, and Payroll to support company initiatives and incentives. Lastly, this role will support any changes or enhancements that may be required.

Transactional Analysis and Commission Calculations
- Check transactional data flow daily to ensure accuracy for client advisor reports
- Respond to store inquiries within one business day and ensure errors are fixed
- Support corporate merchandise incentives to drive sales
- Apply complex formulas in Excel to validate data and incentives
Support Projects and Enhancements within Achieve
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and document defects/fixes
- Partner with IT and other functional groups for system updates errors and fixes
- Recommend changes to improve the system/dashboards to Manager
Ad-hoc Reporting and Functional Support
- Provide reporting to different corporate groups as needed
- Recap sales performance following incentives to determine effectiveness
- Pull data from different sources to improve decision making and analytics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Must be analytical and very detail oriented
- Previous experience with retail systems, preferably with POS and commission systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of Retail experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commission systems such as Varicent's ICM platform
- Data integration/data warehouse systems
- Analytics tools such as Tableau or Business Objects
