AGOLDE is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will oversee all West Coast specialty sales based out of our Los Angeles office. 

The role will manage and maintain growth across our AGOLDE women’s business. Working directly with independent specialty stores on the west coast. Responsible for identifying opportunities and account specific action plans which is supported with strong follow-through, great time management and analytical skills.  Focus on building relationships, driving sales, trainings, and brand building activities. 


  • Responsible for AGOLDE wholesale denim business for key accounts and boutiques on the west coast.
  • Work with accounts by presenting the collection and building assortments that best represent the AGOLDE brand. 
  • Monitor sales from start to finish; process and track orders to ensure timely deliveries. 
  • Ensure accounts receive quarterly and/or seasonal product knowledge training within impactful store visits. 
  • Strong communication and Analytical skills. Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


  • Bachelor's degree from university or college
  • 5+ years of wholesale experience in the fashion industry with existing strong relationships in the contemporary market.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of retail math including mark-up, sell-through, OTB and gross margin.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs, especially Excel
