STAUD is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of best-in-class social strategies and social marketing campaigns.

This person will be responsible for audience and engagement growth across all channels to drive sales and brand awareness.


Essential Functions

What you'll do:

·         Daily management of all channel operations including:


·         Daily publishing and posting of content across all platforms.


·         Execution of social media strategy and content calendar initiatives.


·         Ensure brand consistency in content, copy, tone of voice and relevancy.


·         Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company and ensure a positive customer engagement and customer service experience. Monitor the social channels and work closely with customer service to effectively manage community engagement.


·         Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through key social media platforms.


·         Create daily/weekly/monthly reporting on social media metrics, engagement, and recommendations to optimize our social presence using relevant analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.


·         Leading the social strategy for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects.


The Ideal Candidate

What you'll have:

·         3+ years of Social Media Content Management experience with fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand.

Proven track record of successfully executing online marketing strategies and in growing social media channels.

·         Strong creative eye and be at the forefront of social trends and innovation.


·         Possess strong copywriting skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.   


·         Ability to develop channel-by-channel goals and effectively measure success.


·         Keeps up to date with emerging platforms and technologies.


·         Strong knowledge of paid media.
