POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Tax Accountant will be a key member of the PVH Corp. tax team, primarily supporting the tax accounting and compliance processes for global operations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
  • Work with the Tax Senior Manager and Tax Director to ensure the timely and accurate filing of Federal and State US Corporate Income Tax returns and Franchise Tax returns
  • Assist with timely preparation of the Company's quarterly and annual US tax provision
  • Proactively manage and maintain provision and compliance deadlines with adherence to the overall milestone tax calendar
  • Prepare and review book-tax difference computations and tie-out of deferred tax assets/liabilities
  • Assist and support other team members of the tax function by performing ad hoc tax analyses, analytical support, and assistance with other special projects as needed
  • Perform and review analysis and reconciliations of general ledger accounts
  • Support continuous improvements in tax processes to gain efficiency and ensure quality; Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of existing processes and propose enhancements
  • Ensure appropriate documentation and internal controls are maintained
  • Assist with preparation of the Tax Reform Model
  • Coordinate and assist with audits by tax authorities and internal/external financial audits

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:
  • 2-3 years of corporate income tax or relevant experience, including working knowledge of corporate tax compliance and ASC 740 provision; Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment


Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
  • Certified Public Accountant (obtained or in-process, preferred)


Skills: Working knowledge of Corptax preferred, Proficient in Excel and advanced functions

Pay Range: $72,000 - $97,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
