As a Senior Candidate Experience Partner, you will support a team of Candidate Experience Specialists whose primary mission is to support candidates and orchestrate a seamless recruitment processes for both tech or non-tech vacancies. Within your position, you are the sparring partner for the Team Lead. Your maturity and seniority guides you in managing the operational topics within the team and in functionally leading the team. You will make sure that your team is equipped with processes and practices to create an outstanding experience for all candidates and enable the Talent Acquisition team to deliver against Zalando’s talent acquisition objectives.

  • Monitor productivity and the operational health of the team’s scheduling practices, articulating solutions where needed, continually striving for better candidate experience and more efficient processing times.

  • Take a functional ownership of our scheduling tool GoodTime within Talent Acquisition. Manage the GoodTime Core User group and be the main contact person between GoodTime team and Zalando.

  • you are comfortable in identifying the right priorities and initiate ideas for process improvements
  • you are able to organise your work and time while being available for any coaching or mentoring to your fellow colleagues
  • You are focused, reliable and have a solution-oriented approach combined with analytical thinking
  • You are well-structured, able to manage change and rally engagement from key stakeholders
  • You are comfortable working with data, both to monitor the health of operations and to articulate solutions that improve the status quo
  • Hands-on mentality and acting like an owner distinguishes your working style - you can easily think strategically and tackle operational tasks
  • Great if you are proficient in the use of tools such as Greenhouse, Workday and GoodTimes.
