Position Overview
Position Purpose and Scope The Sr. Manager of Web Analytics, RLE-NA supports the RalphLauren.com US e-commerce business within the Ralph Lauren Corporation. This individual will lead a small team and be a key contributor to the success of our fast-growing retail digital businesses, by driving analysis and reporting on key KPIs, marketing campaigns, user behavior, product performance, and new technical enhancements across a wide variety of cross-functional teams and digital properties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Lead the development of actionable consumer insights to enhance the digital customer experience and drive conversion for the RalphLauren.com web site, 2 mobile apps, and additional digital properties · Power user of Adobe Omniture, Content Square and other analytics tools · Manage and maintain quarterly, monthly, weekly, and daily reporting, both automated and via Workspace, for key stakeholders · Conduct ad hoc analyses, including in depth funnel and conversion analysis · Incorporate industry web analytics best practices and methodologies (e.g., A/B testing, behavioral targeting, Personalization) · Support the maintenance and development of the web analytics platforms, work with Technology team to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and implement enhancements; provide Adobe Analytics tracking and implementation requirements for new technical enhancements · Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop performance measurement plans for new product launches and campaigns; define targets and deliverables; and communicate performance results to key stakeholders and leadership team · Develop strong partnerships with cross-functional and inter-company peers, including the Content, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management and Personalization teams · Manage and develop a team of analysts; set prioritization, standardize inputs and outputs, construct clear roles & responsibilities. and build and adjust internal and cross-functional team processes

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* · Experience in Analytics or Ecommerce role
* · Experience with Adobe Analytics (Omniture) in an e-commerce environment with DTM and Adobe Launch experience
* · Experience managing people
* · SAS/SQL experience not required, but considered a plus
* · Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics tools for analysis, insight sharing and data presentation, as well as solution design, implementation, rollout, and QA
* · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner with clear recommendations based on data insights
* · Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
* · Team-player; ability to work with all business stakeholders and drive results proactively and collaboratively
* · Flexible and adaptable; able to adapt to changing situations and juggle priorities
