This position is responsible for coordinating the candidate experience and administrative support as needed. Will provide the most amazing candidate experience for internal and external candidates, as needed in partnership with the recruiting team.


  • High volume and time sensitive candidate interview scheduling, rescheduling andcoordination (phone, Skype, and on-site interviews).
  • Serves as liaisonwith external travel and relocation partner: initiates travel as needed.
  • Utilizes candidate checklist to ensure consistency throughout the process, ensuring apositive candidate experience from first contact through post-hire.
  • Communicates all pertinent information (e.g. resume, interview schedule, interviewguides, and assessments to the interview team, recruiters, and candidates utilizing google
  • apps).
  • Hosts candidates throughout the camp us during the interview process, ensuringa positive experience; ensure golf carts are reserved and presentable to support in the hosting effort.
  • Orders candidate hosting supplies as needed.
  • Manages presentation and availability of interview rooms.
  • Maintains updated candidate communications and templates; review and updatequarterly.
  • Perform other recruitment-related duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or High School Diploma/G.E.D. and equivalent experience required
  • 1+ years' experience preferred
  • Scheduling/support experience in a corporate retail or other professional environment - recruiting coordination experience preferred
  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with executive assistants to secure leader availability
  • Ability to manage multiple technologies concurrently to accomplish objectives i.e. Google apps, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Relationship Management Systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to clearly communicate across different levels within the organization.
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines on a regular basis; exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills including google apps with emphasis on calendar management, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to drive a golf cart to transport candidates as needed
  • Demonstrate professionalism and ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
  • Process improvement and solution-oriented mindset
