THE ROLE

We are looking for a collaborative, and highly numerate individual with a keen eye for detail to join our payroll team as a Payroll Specialist reporting to the Payroll Lead. Your main responsibilities will include supporting the monthly payroll run for the UK by updating and maintaining the individual payroll records, preparing monthly and ad hoc reports, answering payroll related queries and actively contributing toward timely and correct payroll processing.

As Farfetch continues to expand and change rapidly, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with previous experience in dealing with queries, working with a variety of systems and in managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support payroll operations for the UK. This will include Payroll input, maintenance and distribution of statutory documentation.
    • Ensure strong communications with the People Partners so that data is accurate and all changes are captured in our rapidly changing workforce.
    • Support monthly and annual benefit administration, working with the Benefits Team to ensure Benefits are captured correctly each month for accurate benefit reporting
    • Support with the UK Payroll inbox and ensure a high level of service in replying to queries
    • Support Employee Data on Workday and provide legal documentation


WHO YOU ARE

    • Highly analytical and numerical with experience in data inputting, reconciliation proficient in Excel
    • Able to work well in a high paced team and manage a high volume workload, working to tight deadlines and ensuring accuracy
    • An approachable team member for day to day payroll and occasional benefits queries
    • A proactive problem solver who is always looking for ways to improve payroll processes for the business
    • A strong communicator who is confident building and managing relationships with our internal employees, new starters and wider team
