WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Support the design and delivery of various compensation programs, including base pay, short-term and long-term incentives.
    • Partner with People Team and business to achieve total rewards objectives, provide guidance to Talent Acquisition and People Business Partners on compensation offers, benchmarking for new roles or other compensation related projects
    • Support the annual salary review process, working closely with People Business Partners and Regional People Leaders to ensure efficient budget distribution and support throughout
    • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions on different topics related to compensation
    • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and improved effectiveness in FARFETCH's compensation processes
    • Participate in other special projects as applicable


WHO YOU ARE

    • A professional with demonstrable experience in Compensation and Total Rewards
    • Possess a data-driven mindset and analytical reasoning; M&A experience a plus
    • Comfortable in building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
    • An advanced user of G Suite apps and/or Microsoft Office Suite, and are comfortable managing large amounts of data
    • An efficient communicator that is able to tell a story using the data to provide actionable business insights and solutions to complex problems
    • Excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail while never losing track of the big picture
