THE ROLE

New Guards Group is currently looking for a Senior HR Specialist, that will work alongside the HR Manager on the Creative Functions (Design, Product and Production Development, Graphics, Marketing, Communications). You will be involved in most HR Recruitment and HR Management workstreams, in order to provide the best business partnering service for NGG line managers and employees, as well as the best candidate experience for those who would like to be part of the Group.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Lead the Employees hiring process in the relevant Areas, from screening applications, conducting interviews to employment offers for backfill and new positions
    • Ensure all recruitment needs are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner, and in line with the HR budget for each Department/Legal Entity
    • Act as an HR generalist, providing expert support and advice to business on all employee lifecycle elements and best practices
    • Provide timely HR service and advice on best practices and guidance on the interpretation and practical applications of HR policies, procedures, and legislation
    • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders to ensure a consistent and excellent level of service is always provided
    • Ensure consistency in the execution of all HR policies and practices
    • Participate into HR & Talent Management processes and projects, also in collaboration with Parent Company, Farfetch


WHO YOU ARE

    • University Degree with a path focused on HR matters, preferably in Business Administration
    • At least 4-years' experience in a similar role, preferably in structured, fashion, luxury or retail Companies
    • Good Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Word
    • 3+ years' experience in HR specialist activities in structured companies and with an international business, preferably in the fashion industry
    • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
    • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
    • Excellent organizational skills and deadline-management abilities. Positive and adaptable attitude
