To strengthen our Collection Management BOSS Womenswear team we are looking for a Buying Specialist Collection Management (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Independent, on-time ordering of all face fabrics and ingredients from international suppliers and ensuring the planned availability of raw materials
  • Analysis and optimization of the patterning process
  • Extrapolation of raw materials to be ordered for subcontracting and merchandise using systemic tools
  • Preparation of the sample budget based on the CFW, communication to interfaces and tracking
  • Independent setting of deadlines and communication to interfaces
  • Internal contact for customs, invoicing, raw material stock, procurement, R&D, collection coordination, technical development
  • External contact for international garment makers, mills and vendors
  • Analysis of delivery performance
  • Conduct feedback meetings and derive / follow up measures for subsequent seasons
  • PLM data maintenance and material orders for the BOSS Womenswear Fashion Shows

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or textile technical training
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in the use of SAP and MS Office
  • Business management and textile-related knowledge
  • Expert knowledge of collection development processes
  • Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Independent, flexible, reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
