The eCommerce Content Associate is responsible for executing on-site marketing content and product merchandising for all HUGO BOSS North America online stores within the Demandware Business Manager (SFCC) and distributing digital assets for concession businesses.The eCommerce Content Associate will utilize the internal Content publishing tool to execute marketing content refreshes on all sites. S/he will effectively work cross functionally with the Marketing and Merchandising teams in the NYC office, and the Development, Shop Management, and IT teams abroad.

What you can expect:

Product/Merchandising:
  • Manage all on-site content execution for weekly site refreshes and work closely with the Marketing team to help bring the brand vision to life
  • Optimize on-site experience by utilizing analytics to determine updates for the homepage, hub pages, content tiles, feature shops, navigation placement to help improve the customer journey
  • Work closely with Senior Manager of Digital Content to drive conversion rate utilizing analytics to help update sorting rules and the merchandising of the categories
  • Proactively manage all quality assurance tasks, being responsible for the site's overall accuracy and consistency
  • Manage weekly submission processes distributing product imagery and copy for concession businesses


System & Technology Requirements:
  • Demandware Business Manager (SFCC)
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop
  • Experience working with a Product Information Management system and a content publishing tool


Your profile:

  • Bachelors/College Degree
  • Requires basic understanding of HTML
  • 2-3 years of eCommerce content management experience preferred.
  • Must be highly organized and proactive with a strong attention todetail and accuracy
  • Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness & passion for continuous improvement and learning in all areas of the business
  • Must work well independently, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, reliable and organized
  • Must be a dynamic team player, problem solver and have effective time management skills with the ability to work across various teams including wholesale, retail, stores, 3PL, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
