The primary function of this role is to work in close collaboration with the Digital Retouching Supervisor, to retouch images created by the Digital Photography teams for the use throughout the company and wholesale clients.

• Retouch imagery to the required company standards, monitoring colour and consistency output.
• Retouch product imagery provided to different wholesale clients.
• Retouch model imagery playing close attention to garment colours.
• Use website administration pages to organise delivery of images to the website.
• Perform quality checks on all images and videos produced.
• Work to daily and weekly targets set by the Digital Retouching Supervisor and report back weekly.
• Edit short videos for product pages as and when required.
• Name and colour code product images and folders.
• Assist with the organisation of files and housekeeping of photographs and videos for use and archive, ensuring that all photographs and videos are recorded and easily accessible when archived.
• Assist the Photographers, Studio Assistants, Stylists and Digital Retouching Supervisor as and when required.

Essential Experience and Skills Required: 
• Previous demonstrable experience of Adobe Photoshop and Capture One Pro.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. 
• Advanced level of computer literacy and use of Mac operating systems.
• Previous credible experience of retouching digital imagery to a high standard, preferably in a studio setting.
• Demonstrable capability of editing product and model imagery for eCommerce product listings.
• Experience of video editing.
• Desirable experience in digital retouching and Raw/Digital workflow. 
• Preferable to have a year’s experience in a similar role.

• A team player who can work using their own initiative. 
• A high standard of attention to detail, with the ability to assess colour. 
• Ability to work on own initiative, plan and prioritise to set deadlines. 
• Interest in fashion and photography. 
• Flexible to work extended hours over busy periods if required.
