Sales Assistant

Tibi is hiring for a Sales Assistant to support our flagship store in New York City. The Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the sales team with client requests and store standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain all floor standards, including visual merchandising and fitting room standards.
• Utilize UPS and DHL to pack and ship client orders on behalf of stylists, sending out tracking information as needed.
• Partner with store manager to ensure visual standards are met, filling in missing sizes and fixing displays as needed.
• Ensure all go-back are put away in a timely manner, work with stylists to maintain fitting room standards.

Requirements:

• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to prioritize several competing tasks at once.
• Welcomes feedback and is coachable.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time.
