This Role is Tailor-Made for You Because:

You are a great Leader and a Team Player with an interest in logistics and Distribution. You will enjoy being responsible for servicing the Tory Burch brand by coordinating and prioritizing the daily packing tasks and workload in the DC. You look forward to working along side our Operations Supervisor in our packing department to assist with all training, development and implementation of process improvements, and ensure that associates follow all safety rules and company SOP's. A sense of humor is a plus!

A Day in the Life:

The typical day is... atypical. You might be assisting with the development and execution of daily work plans, labor allocation needs, and end of shift reporting, assist with the coordination of training and cross training of associates across all operational areas, move stack and stage products and materials using a fork lift, electric or manual pallet jack, or other power equipment as necessary, contribute to the overall team effort and accomplish related results as required. In addition, you may monitor individual performance through direct observation and productivity metrics and assist supervisor in addressing individual needs necessary to reach departmental objectives, assist management with identifying and correcting unsafe behaviors and negative safety performance trends, and keep a close pulse of the floor and notify supervisor whenever issues escalate. To Land This Role:
  • High school diploma, GED, or some college preferred
  • 3+ years related experience and/or training
  • Experience with warehouse equipment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • WMS knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
