In this role, Senior Manager, Visual Merchandising - West, will establish and maintain the visual aesthetic of the HUGO BOSS brands. Ensure consistency of presentation in Retail Stores, Wholesale Shops and the Corporate Showroom with the key priority of driving top line sales results.

S/he will be r esponsible for executing and supporting the creative needs of the brand in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role will be based in California.

What you can expect:

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and give clear direction to a team of five Visual Merchandisers, ensuring they follow company visual standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with store management team and Retail corporate partners to facilitate store needs and drive results.
  • Responsible for elevating and maintaining consistent, elevated visual presentation across US retail stores and wholesale shops.
  • Deliver stylistically compelling mannequin looks across all BOSS product classifications.
  • Train and support store teams in visual competency and best in class standards.
  • Support cross functional teams in all store openings, relocations, expansions, etc.
  • Manage visual travel budget and coordinate team calendar.
  • Oversee installation and execution of all seasonal windows and in-store visual elements.
  • Supervise the set up and continual maintenance of the showroom for seasonal markets, which are held 4(four) times per calendar year.


Your profile:

Qualifications:
  • 8 + years of Visual Merchandising experience with at least 1 year of Management experience.
  • Degree in Visual Merchandising or Fine Arts is a plus.
  • Strength in leadership and merchandising skills.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to work extra hours as needed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adobe Creative Suite background is a plus.
