The Fall 2022 - Marketing & CRM Internwill support the overall needs of the Marketing Team with strong support on all retail, wholesale, email and performance related topics. Including but not limited to benchmarking, email planning, email briefing, email reporting, on site traffic reporting, creative analysis, creating presentations, creating shops on site, adding teasers on site, in store events, drive to store promotions, sweepstakes, etc. Also providing digital marketing support for Canada & Mexico.

As a Fall 2022, Marketing & CRM Intern:
  • You must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week
  • The rate of pay will be $15 per hour
  • Must commit to working the full Fall term
  • This position is not eligible for relocation

What you can expect:

  • Supporting marketing team in organizing various projects to support the business across brick and motor, digital & ecommerce
  • Conducting benchmarking and analyzing customer reports including but not limited to, data capture reporting, customer voice reporting, retention & reactivation reporting, email marketing reporting (US, CA & MX)
  • Partnering with digital marketing team to create marketing calendar
  • Work with digital marketing team to build email creatives
  • Supporting with CA & MX markets for email marketing creatives, send outs, planning and reporting.
  • Sweepstakes Template Building & Reporting

Your profile:

  • Available 3 days a week for the Fall 2022 semester, on location
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Outgoing and proactive personality (out of the box thinker)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus, but not required
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, especially in PowerPoint & Excel
