Retail Associate - full time

Arddun Stores are looking for a full time and part time member of staff to join our retail team. You will be based at our retail store inside the iconic Harvey Nichols department store in Central London. Working closely with our Head of Retail you will be an integral part of our growing retail business with huge opportunities to learn and grow within a small and exciting team.

Arddun Stores is a lifestyle store founded on the idea to bring together a selection of brands that are unique, hard to find, are mindful of the world around them and have a story to tell. We often are the only retailer in the UK selling many of our brands and we source them from far and wide to bring a unique point of view.

We want our team to be fully engaged in what we do so we welcome candidates who have further career interests, and we can help support achieve those goals and aspirations from marketing, VM, digital, sales and customer service.

The main responsibilities include:

· Engaging and exciting customers through sharing each and every amazing product we sell

· Overseeing the e-commerce orders received to the store each day

· Stock adjustments in the system based on retail and e-commerce sales

· Daily sales reports to the wider team

· Building strong client relationships and a strong client book

· Accurate data entry for each sale made in the store

· Building strong relationships within Harvey Nichols including the management team, personal shopping, stylists, and the Harvey Nichols retail staff

· Learning how to use Shopify and Mirakl and confidently

· Providing strong insights back to the office and buying team on opportunities and risks, reorders, and any further information to drive sales

· Plan and strategise on how to reach daily, weekly, and monthly targets

The right candidate will possess the following:

· Retail experience is desired but if not, customer service experience is helpful

· Eagerness to work as part of a small team where many additional career opportunities are present

· Excellent customer service skills

· An interest in sustainability within the retail and fashion industries

· Able to work flexible hours including weekend hours
