ECOMMERCE INTERNSHIP (PAID)

ROLE

Hayley Menzies is a womenswear brand on the rise, and we are looking for a 3-6 month Ecommerce Intern to join us for the ride. Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce and Digital, you will be joining the team to help with the smooth running of Hayley Menzies online store and to learn about all things ecommerce.

ECOMMERCE

• Be introduced to the Hayley Menzies technology-stack, including Shopify, Zendesk, Klaviyo and be included in using them for the day-to-day functions of the online store.
• Assist on the seasonal upload of products, from collating all necessary information to uploading onto the store.
• Take part in uploading of content to the online store such as blog content, homepage updates, new collection pages, seasonal artwork.
• Assist with visual merchandising the online store and ensuring it is done at least once every two weeks and refreshing in line with any promotions and PR activities.
• Monitor the website for any issues plus any opportunities for improvements.
• Shadow in the planning, testing and implementation of the development strategy.

REPORTING

• Assist with the generating of weekly and monthly ecommerce reports.
• Assist with the weekly and monthly reports on returns, return reasons and exchanges.
• Assist the Head of Ecommerce with ad hoc reporting on the online store and CRM.

MARKETING

• Help implement SEO guidelines, ensuring all content loaded onto the site is compliant.
• Shadow on the building and scheduling of weekly marketing emails.
• Shadow on the devising and uploading of organic social content.
• Help creating organic social content with the Marketing & Communications Manager.
• Sit in on the strategic planning for the online store.

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficient at Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic abilities with Photoshop.
• Experience or familiarity with Google Analytics.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Have a genuine passion for fashion and digital retail.
• Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised with the ability to multi-task.
• Clear communicator and team player.
• Quick learner and happy to work autonomously.

SALARY

• London living wage.

HOURS

• Minimum 24 hours a week.
