Returns Processor

The Returns Processor will manage all inbound shipments from Customer and PR packages. They will process refunds in our E-commerce Platform in a timely manner. They will report any beneficial feedback from Customers to the appropriate departments. Attention to detail and maintaining high Quality Standards are a must for this position. Our Returns processor is the final step in our customer experience and will help processing returns and replacements orders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Process returns from customers in a timely manner Open in bound packages and request assistance from Distribution team when needed Perform quality control on each item to confirm if item is to be added back to stock Separate damaged items and determine if they can be repaired Deliver repairable items to company designated dry cleaner Collect items for dry cleaning and perform quality control to inspect repairs Re-tag the items from dry cleaning with the correct barcode Notify Distribution and Customer Service Department what units are being repaired Communicate any issues that are being found with a particular product to the Distribution Manager, Customer Care, and Production team Uploads errors from the Distribution team into drop box and notifies distribution manager Notifies distribution manager if there are errors from the refund process of returns Notify Distribution team to be aware of any products that have issues – i.e., poor sewing, loose buttons, and/or broken zippers, etc. Assist Distribution team with putting away returns into their product location Assist Distribution with Quality Control tasks Assist Distribution with Packing and Picking needs when needed Help maintain a safe and clean work environment Upload Amex receipts into Dropbox Any other departmental needs when necessary and requested 


Qualifications

 

  • 1- 2 years Customer Service experience 1-2 years Warehouse experience Attention to detail and knowledge of our product Needs to be a communicative member of the warehouse Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Passionate about working for an inclusive, values driven brand Ability to foster an inclusive and respectful working environment Open availability, flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and some holidays when needed

 

 

**This position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing 10-15 lbs on a regular basis, and occasional lifting and moving of objects weighing more than 100 lbs. This position requires frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. This position requires occasional sitting, climbing, and, balancing, as well as extended periods of sitting and standing.
