The coordinator - Global High Jewelry Sales is responsible for the completion of daily activities that support the overall High Jewelry Business Unit. S/he acts as the direct liaison to the leadership and all regions, retail branches and sales organizations contact for facilitating daily administrative and operational needs of the High Jewelry product category.

Sales Reporting
- Perform recurrent or punctual reporting needs on global sales and related commercial activities
- Handle global Events reporting support (from design to update)
- Support the consolidation of the sales forecasting monitoring chart daily
- Support the global events pre-sales tracking and related reporting
- Liaise with regional and local merchandising/client relations & high jewelry teams to ensure accuracy and permanent update of the sales reporting required.
- Prepare various level of comprehensive summaries and presentation decks for these reports.

Global HJ Showroom Coordination
- Coordinate with all Global Client Relations actors the preparation, maintenance, and operations of the HJ Showroom.
- Monitor incoming requests for appointment or leverage of the showroom and ensure the appropriate cross-functional communication and cooperation to operate per the expectations.
- Support the consolidation of updates throughout various stake holders' teams
- Maintain a detailed tracker on the operations at the showroom.
- Prepare various level of comprehensive summaries and presentation decks for this activity.
- Support viewings and appointment at the showroom as needed and requested by the management

Global Event Calendar
- Maintain the global event calendar document and posting as needed.
- Support the consolidation of updates throughout various stake holders' teams

Custom Design / Loose Stones Operations Coordination
- Monitor stock the Loose Stone Stock and ensure complete traceability of its inventory in partnership with Internal Control and the Inventory team.
- Keep all relevant trackers and stock reports updated
- Partner closely with Logistics teams to ensure best execution of all the transfers, tracking and prioritization in accordance with business needs

Coordinate with all relevant partners the preparation, execution, and follow-up for Loose Stones Inbound and Outbound transfers.
- Monitor quality issues reports and coordinate with the QA global team and service center.
- Tracking new Skus and break-ups (return to vendor or conversion to new Sku for custom designs projects)
- Update reporting on stock status (Sold/Committed vs. available…)

Inventory Control Partnership for HJ needs
- Serve as lead contact for distribution needs to and from the central stock at HQ.
- Ensure proper distribution flow;
- Create transfers to support all movements coordinated
- Communicate directly with relevant partners to ensure efficiency, respect of the time constraints for deliveries and transfer processes.
- Support hand-offs, tracker updates & communications for finished goods or loose stones moving from the central stock
o Includes coordinating any return shipments
o Partner with Logistics on inbound/outbound shipments
o Special shipments (BB/Events, PR assistance, if needed)
o Fielding packages


Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel, Analysis
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to software applications,
Business Intelligence and reporting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed
Customer service focus is a must
Both working with autonomy and proactivity as well as a strong team player mindset
Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and decision-making skills
Ability to build strong and constructive business relationships in a global and multicultural environment


SAP/Oracle/Compass experience
Knowledge of Jewelry and precious stones
An entrepreneurial mind-set that includes a curiosity to improve business acumen
Ability to work additional hours as needed
