Position Overview
The Lead, Innovation, Business Development will be responsible for the holistic execution of new business strategies and initiatives that align with Ralph Lauren's goals and growth strategies. The Lead is expected to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, interacting with functional group leads across the Company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Research and evaluate of new innovative business models to determine strategic and financial viability.
* Build business cases, inclusive of financial models and KPIs, of new opportunities to pitch to senior leadership and key stakeholders
* Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and true to initial strategy
* Produce presentation deck for CEO/CFO semi-annual meetings, which provide update to senior leadership on current project status and future visions
* Oversee day-to-day operations for Ralph Lauren's newly launched rental program, The Lauren Look, by working with cross-functional partners to devise and execute financial, marketing, and merchandising strategies
* Manage reporting and analytics across all Innovation projects

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Highly analytical planning and/or strategy role (experience in retail industry or consulting is a plus)
* Experience building and manipulating financial models
* Strong organizational/project management skills
* Data-driven strategic problem-solver
