This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing team to bring Frescobol Carioca’s unique brand personality to life through creative concepts. A highly talented individual, tuned into the latest creative and cultural movements, this role will conceptualize and deliver innovative and cutting-edge creative design across our digital and print channels.

Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, this role will work cross-functionally to execute the vision of the Marketing team and contribute creatively to ensure we continue to develop and elevate our visual assets to the highest standard.



Creative Design

  • Create compelling and visually exciting designs (static & video) for multi-platform, multi-channel digital campaigns such as newsletters and ads
  • Support the Brand Marketing Manager in visualising the seasonal social content plan (focus on Instagram), working with the rest of the team to ensure strong storytelling and alignment with the marketing calendar
  • Partner with Brand Marketing Manager and Senior E-Commerce Executive in creating digital assets for seasonal launches and sales
  • Graphic creation and web design of new pages and/or features on FRESCOBOLCARIOCA.COM, assisting in site refreshes and digital storytelling
  • Partner with the Head of Design and Marketing team to produce collaboration documentation for brand partnerships
  • Together with the Design team and the Marketing team, take the lead in producing our seasonal buyer’s guides and lookbooks
  • Maintain brand standards and support new initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all paid and organic channels
  • Execute package design and concepts with the Production and Marketing teams
  • Manage and maintain image archive
  • Work closely with teams to ensure asset delivery in a timely manner

Content Production

  • Assist in post-production for E-commerce assets (including retouches both cosmetic and clothing, communication of deliverables and adhering to timelines)
  • Support marketing team on E-commerce shoots, content shoots, video shoots and campaign shoots
  • Cultivate a meaningful approach to Instagram stories utilising collection, press and UGC
  • Proactively Research and identify trends and techniques that align with the Frescobol Carioca brand



  • 2+ years graphic design experience in the fashion industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or Fashion / Print Design
  • Experience in graphic design in a similar role either in-house or at an agency, and/or within a luxury brand
  • Experience with Web and Email platforms is preferred but not required
  • A standout portfolio with examples of multi-channel campaigns, including social, digital and print
  • Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Strong command of digital design, typography, and colour scheme
  • Ability to understand design concepts and think conceptually towards the greater brand vision and meet commercial objectives
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in creative industries and cultures with a good understanding of the fashion landscape
  • Self-motivated, reliable, proactive and positive
