Digital Personal Stylist

JOB PURPOSE
We are creating an exciting new division to expand our digital business and provide our digital customers with the highest level of service through personalized style advice and exciting experiences. The personal stylist will act as an Ambassador to our best digital customers, building long lasting relationships to increase the loyalty of our top client segment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Service
• Embrace the Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect Burberry's luxury brand standards and image
• Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting the Burberry Behaviours
• Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talent
• Create and implement new selling ideas to ensure sales targets are met
Drive loyalty with our digital clients
• Build customer loyalty through active client development plans and follow-through (courtesy, commercial, invitations to events and experiences, gifting...)
• Create personalized product and look recommendations based on customers' needs, style, and personality and provide one-on-one consultations with clients as needed
• Increase client spend and develop customer loyalty through understanding customer's style needs and important life moments, commercial holidays
• Identify sale opportunities for requested items, suggest additional pieces to their taste from weekly uploads and curate weekly emails to customers with recommendations based on their shopping behaviour and preferences
• Produce creative and informative content including styling, key items and storytelling
• Maintain an up-to-date and detailed client book utilizing Burberry's provided tools and systems
Build relationships with clients
• Implement an engagement program for new and existing customers
• Host virtual and in-person appointments and events (blending virtual and physical, driving Online to Offline).
• Drive and participate in all digital acquisition opportunities
• Drive monthly programming of digital led engagement
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Min of 3 years of work experience in a similar position (Personal Stylist or Sales Associate), ideally in e-commerce Styling, luxury fashion experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with customers.
• Demonstrated commitment and passion for customer service excellence and a proven ability to build relationships with customers
• Must be results driven and flexible to change
• Proven experience in driving sales proactively, through clienteling, and meeting sales targets.
• Proven record of being a self-starter, ability to work independently to resolve internal and external customer questions and concerns
• Be a professional and enthusiastic team player
• Expert in Styling, consistently seek out new fashion and product knowledge, stay up to date on new arrivals, trends, and launches
• Web and computer-savviness. Frequent use of computers and other technology, incl Excel, clienteling tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
