As Digital Producer, you will be responsible for successful deployment of all projects and asset creation for Purple Brand. In this role you will conceptualize an organization and worklflow strategy that will be used to ensure timely delivery of all digital touchpoints. As we are a digitally driven business, this position will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.  You will be responsible for upholding the brand identity & guidelines across all digital channels & external brand communication. Performance will be measured based on increased efficiency cross-functionally, on successful execution of digital calendar, and fully organized asset, content creation business functionalities. We are seeking an experienced and collaborative team member that will be excited to assist, lead and engage with the Purple Team as well as identify new opportunities to work within the larger Brand.

 

Marketing Accountabilities

  • Oversee development and execution of Digital Calendar with milestones for creative, marketing, production and overall digital brand calendar
  • Implement processes for maximum collaborative efficiency, Team effectiveness, optimize brand calendar to unlock maximum revenue returns based on launches
  • Participate in Digital Strategy development
  • Manage all cross-functional requests & partnership needs for the business
  • Develop and implement usage of briefs to provide context and kick-off projects
  • Manage and measure the success of implemented programs

 

Financial & Scheduling Accountabilities

  • Maintain accountability for business and financial results from marketing programs as assigned
  • Present production budgets & create
  • Review and enhance current planning & production standards ensuring key business metrics are captured and reported on regularly
  • Measure and report on Team efficiency & delivery
  • Discover and present Leadership Team  with new  organization tools & technology

Skills and Attributes

  • A broad digital and creative background
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Proven ability to work within timeframes with minimum supervision
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent data and analytics skills. Experience in data-led decision making; have an ability to interpret extensive data and identify the opportunities for growth.
  • Strong planning and execution skills
  • Proactive in nature, thrives under pressure and is enthusiastic team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to work with a number of teams across multiple countries, time-zones and backgrounds.
  • A genuine interest in and knowledge in Men’s Fashion

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant degree is preferable
  • Experienced and strong passion for organizational tools
  • At least 3+ years Production experience for a brand with owned digital presence
