- Leverages available reports to ensure team of Associates is achieving overall Client Development and selling KPIs
- Executes all Client Development-specific initiatives in-store in partnership with the Group Sales Manager and the Market / Metro Manager
- Implements company initiatives of Customer Cultivation, Omni Selling Tools and Omni Selling and Service
- Performs detailed action plans for the store handed down by the Market / Metro Managers
- Builds close, familiar relationships with top clients and identifies opportunities for store to strengthen Private Client Relations (PCR) experiences
- Assists in coordinating in-store experiences (e.g., fitting room, events)
- Implements and launches PAT tests
- Scales and ensures that in-store roles of the Client Development team are clearly defined and have clear measurements of success
- Provides feedback to the Managers and Directors on how initiatives are progressing
- Coaches and mentors Associates on best practices (e.g., building relationships, personalized communication, product knowledge)
- Partners with Group Managers to monitor performance of team members and identifies opportunities
- Works with Associates to create and track detailed personal goals and action plans in partnership with Groups Sales Manager
- Partners with Market Trainers to receive and deliver on-going training (especially on usage of Omni Selling Digital tools) to new Associates or as refresher to tenured Associates
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, luxury retail fashion experience preferred
- 4-year degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated and results driven
- "Win together" mentality
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite, advanced proficiency with Excel preferred
- Certain roles may require standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 10 pounds
- Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
