BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Reporting to the Head of Group Talent, Corporate Learning & DE&I, the candidate will support main talent management processes such as succession planning, talent mapping and performance management.
He / she will therefore be involved in monitoring and reporting on talent process and related KPIs to guarantee adequate information for the HR function and Top Management.
Additional scope of work will be the active involvement in supporting the implementation of people development initiatives at global level, such as learning initiatives and specific development programs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management:
  • facilitate and monitor the yearly process roll out and support the HRBPs;
  • set up and maintenance of the System (SuccessFactors) collaborating with IT department;
  • creation and improvement of training materials for HRBPs, managers and employees to facilitate the tool adoption and engagement.

Talent Management:
  • support the process through analysis on succession planning and talent mapping;
  • monitor related KPIs.

Learning and development:
  • facilitate the need analysis to understand the organizational requirements;
  • support the implementation and delivery of learning and development initiatives and special programs at group level.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB
  • Degree in Economics, HRM, Business Engineering
  • Analytical thinking and detailed oriented approach
  • Data analysis skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal and relational skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Power Point
