As Senior Product Marketing Manager you will develop powerful stories that promote and showcase our logistics products to existing and potential Zalando partners (fashion & lifestyle merchants selling on the Zalando platform and beyond). You will team up with colleagues from Marketing, Business Development, Product and Sales to ideate and execute comprehensive Go-To-Market strategies and drive successful product launches.

You will report into the Marketing Team Lead for Connected Network and help further shape the newly established marketing department, whose goal is to generate demand and enable customer acquisition.

  • You will develop Go-To-Market strategies for our products, working on targeting, positioning, value proposition, key messages, buyer personas and ICP (ideal customer profile)
  • You will drive launches of new products & features and own messaging for all sales & marketing campaigns throughout the entire customer journey
  • You will continuously run experiments to test new ideas
  • You will manage a content production agency to develop assets and materials that showcase our products (pitch decks, one-pagers, competitor comparisons, explainer videos, demos, case studies etc.)
  • You will create and execute a research strategy to enable continuous customer insights that drive marketing strategy & product development
  • You will conduct competitor research & market analysis on an ongoing basis
  • You have 6+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with 3+ years of experience in logistics/supply chains
  • You have a university degree in marketing or a related field
  • You have substantial knowledge of different marketing channels and how they work together to enable GTM strategies
  • You have developed & executed successful GTM strategies for both physical & digital products
  • You live & breathe customer insights and have extensive experience conducting both primary & secondary research
  • You speak native or near-native English, both written & spoken; other European languages are a plus
  • You have solid writing skills & a good eye for creative copy
  • Hyper-growth startup background is highly desirable - you thrive in ambiguity and possess a hands-on mentality; you love both strategy and operations
  • You are a natural storyteller who knows how to present complex ideas in a simple way
  • You are analytical, insightful & details-oriented, you love detecting patterns and turning them into insights that power your strategies
  • You possess exceptional people skills, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders across the company
