Overview and purpose of role:
As an Assistant Planner at Christian Louboutin, you will be part of the EMEI Merchandising & Planning team and will have a various range of tasks. You will report to both:
- The Senior Permanent Planner, in charge of Permanent Products Management for the whole EMEI region
- The Merchandise Planner in charge of our 2 outlets, Product lifecycle management and Global EMEI stock overview
Key Responsibilities of role:
MERCHANDISING ANALYSIS
- Support the Planners with weekly, monthly and ad hoc trade reporting and analysis
- Update weekly newsletter and assist the Merchandise Planners during weekly calls with stores teams
- Conduct ad’hoc analysis according to the evolution of the business
STOCK MANAGEMENT
- Manage day-to-day stores requests
- Carry out and send daily Permanent replenishment, assisting punctually with Fashion replenishment when needed
- Conduct deep-dived analysis on Permanent and Outlet stocks: Model stocks efficiency, stocks evolution overview)
- Assist the Permanent planner on monthly stock consolidations
- Assist on the outlets WSSI management: monthly update, evolution of the tool with a continuous improvement mindset
MERCHANDISING
- Assist the on Permanent products assortment for each new season according to Stores performances and the global merchandising strategy
- Prepare new season launch for outlets: initial assortment definition and monthly drops segmentation

Skills and Requirements:
In order to deliver the main responsibilities of the role, you will need the following skills:
Technical Skills:
- A degree in a business-oriented subject, with a first experience in planning or merchandising
- Strong Excel and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
Soft skills:
- Adaptable and flexible. Must be comfortable with change and willing to adapt as required to the needs of the business.
- Effective time management skills. Must be punctual and reliable, able to perform tasks within the required timeframes.
- Passionate about the brand, with a strong sense of fashion.
- Strong communication skills, able to clearly explain their findings and pose relevant questions.
- Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ positive attitude. Able to meet the demands with high energy levels.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and willing to perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the business. Proactive, dynamic and have a willingness to learn and develop.
- Open-minded to diversity internally and externally – ready to work with different people and to serve different types of customers with respect and without bias.
